Hey guys the show is coming up and I would like to know who is coming out to help with the event and who will be helping with set up. So below please post where you would like to help out.

Show setup Wednesday 10/15/08 2:30pm to 5:30pm

Show help Saturday 10/18/08 8:00am to 5:30pm

Show help Sunday 10/19/08 8:00am to 5:30pm

Show clean up Sunday 10/19/08 5:30pm to 8:30pm

Please just list the times you think you can make it, also a full day is not required to help out, anytime you can give is great.

Can't be there Thursday.

I'll plan to provide help on both Saturday and Sunday.

We need a better showing this year so we are all afforded some time to actually see some of the show this time! :(

I'll try to help out. I don't know when I can get there but I'm still working on it.

I will definetly will be there 10-5:30 on Saturday, and at least 10-2:00 on Sunday, possibly all day, not sure yet. If another pair of hands is absolutely required on Wednesday, let me know and I'll see what I can do.

I will be there to help all days if needed.

Please let me know if I am needed for set up as I need to coordinated my employees at work to handle additional work those days.

Sunday looks like a GO!!! As long as I have a place to sit for a little bit. I still have issues trying to stand for long periods.:(

Before I forget, I'm good for all day Sunday as well.
