SCX has asked us to host the NASCAR Regionals, so this year they will be held @ Kane County Speedway, the track will be open to the public. This week on the 20th we will run 4 races of NASCAR to help get things ready for the Regionals on 03-27-10. The race will be on the oval and only SCX Late NASCAR will be used (C.O.T cars are allowed)

Stock: As it came out of the box, you may: True tires and wheels, Oil and grease as needed, Remove front and rear axle slop (no chassis mods), Add lead, Coat the front tires, Change lead wires and braids as needed, Glue in motor, Glue in bushings. Use silicone tires, Change body screws, Install solid front axle, Stock front Tires Create chassis rock. (SCX Cars) You may use a 42/42B motor, You may glue or tape in motor pod to fix or limit travel.(As of 1-30-10 the stock definition will include the option to change the motor to any that will fit in the chassis with no mods and the change of the pinion gear as well, the crown or spur gear must remain stock. This rule will not apply to the Vintage and Late Nascar classes.) (Series races and cars are subject to their own set of rules.)
