I'm 100% with you, you think the same way I do.

For me, it's not about the money. I like having all my friends over to have fun and forget about the BS that happens in the real world. It's all about fun with friends. I will always put out food for my friends no matter what. I don't ask for ANY CONTRIBUTIONS. My friends are worth it.

This part I can tell I never care about, for all this years we never had it on my house, and I always put the food on the race, I start to do it with you guys, it is ok but the money collected never cover the cost of the food, not even close, this is not a complain it is an explanation, I can care less about the money, I just want a good time, if I said if I get back on the races will be no Kitty on my house just like was before, everyone who attended Bensenville Bombers race know that was never Kitty on Bensenville Bombers group.

Papa is correct that it costs more than is received. But I knew that would happen and I never expected to recover all the $.

I like to do it. I hope the food I put out is what every one likes.
But if some don't participate , that's ok with me.

There might be some that do not eat at all so feel they do not need to participate. Again, that's ok with me.

But I think I would be just as happy to have Pizza.

I would say 8-9 out of ten. I have seen some put in more than what is fair.

I for one wouldn't mind seeing the dinner disappear from our race nights. It seems like a lot of work and expense for the track owners. Sometimes it seems all the food prepared gets eaten, other times it seems as if nodoby really touches it. It also throws another 1/2 hour to an hour of us not racing sometimes. We're all big boys who can feed oursleves before we show up, a decent snack is all that really should need to be provided.

Here's a question for the track owners. If you had to guess, how many racers generally put money in the kitty at any given race night? are we talking 9 out of 10, 5 out of 10, etc.?

Well said Norm, but I was thinking about all this and decide to stay out of the races from now on, so I'll playing on my track with no rules and having fun.

I also gave twice-even though you should be paying me to race with the finger:D:D,If there is a money crunch why wern't we told. or possibly we were going to be told at the next race?. as everyone has said please tell us so we can solve the problem.this is not a big deal-we just would have liked to have been informed.:D

I remember when Ken was collecting money to help to pay for the site last time, my suggestion is how much is to keep the site going and split the cost be twin everybody. You don't have to be so mad about it Gary the way you wrote it down is like you yelling people, not a nice way to ask, sorry man but you getting mad to easy.
