Hey all,

It was discussed by the board that it seems to us that a large portion of the membership really doesn't use the website to communicate. While we realize that not much racing has happened over the summer, with the Trans-Am series starting and the Can-Am series in the future, I would like the website to be used more for cummunicating the members likes and dislikes, any tips or tuning ideas you may have, and just general involvement within the club.

While we applaud Frank's efforts with the countless phone calls he has made in the past to drum up involvement, and boost turnouts at past events, weekly phone calls to everyone to ask if one is showing up to a race is very labor-intensive. At the end of the day, this is just a hobby for all of us. So if we could see the membership use the website as the main vehicle for communication, that would be great, and would help alleviate some of the added time and expense involved.

I personally feel that the club is going through a bit of a lull, and it is kinda scary to be honest. If any of you have any concerns as to how the board can help in the matter, please PM any of the board members or call us.
